California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, or Oregon
Types of Insurance Accepted
- You may pay with your HSA card
- You may pay out of pocket until your deductible is made
- You may receive a superbill upon request to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
- I also accept the following insurance panels: Cigna, Optum, Aetna, BCBSMA, and Lyra
